You just need to hard/factory reset your device that sounds a bit technical but its quite simple. It involves just a few simple steps.
Pre-requisite for the process :
- First charge your battery to the full
- Hard Reset will erase all your data so backup your important data like phone-book, message, email, images.
Method 1 :
- First of all switch off the device.
- Now go to Settings -> Backup & reset ->Factory Data Reset ->Reset Phone.
- Then choose the option “Erase everything”, and confirm that.
- Yeah! You are done.
Method 2 :
- Download flashtool from Sony website:http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/
- Install drivers for your USB data cable.
- Now turn off your handset.
- Press and hold Volume Down, and connect to USB cable.
- Accept all information.
Method 3 :
- Switch off your device.
- Now hold and press Power button + Volume Up for about few seconds.
- Release them, when you see menu on your screen.
- Now follow the instructions on your
screen.
Method 4 :
- Press Call button, and type: *#*#7378423#*#*
- A menu will appear.
- From this menu choose option Customization Settings -> Reset customization.
- Confirm information: “data will be cleared and factory data reset will perform“.
- Accept with pressing Reset customization and reboot.
