Method 1 : 

1. First of all switch off the device. 
2. Now go to Settings -> Backup & reset  ->Factory Data Reset ->Reset Phone.
3. Then choose the option “Erase everything”, and confirm that.
4. Yeah! You are done. 
   

    Method 2 :

5. Download flashtool from Sony website:http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/
6. Install drivers for your USB data cable.
7. Now turn off your handset.
8. Press and hold Volume Down, and connect to USB cable. 
9. Accept all information.
   

   Method 3 : 

10. Switch off your device.
11. Now hold and press Power button + Volume Up for about few seconds.
12. Release them, when you see menu on your screen.
13. Now follow the instructions on your screen.

    Method 4 :

14. Press Call button, and type: *#*#7378423#*#*
15. A menu will appear.
16. From this menu choose option Customization Settings -> Reset customization.
17. Confirm information: “data will be cleared and factory data reset will perform“.
18. Accept with pressing Reset customization and reboot.
